After Workout

What we want to do after workout? Below are I want to do.

  1. Bath
  2. Diet
  3. Rest

Above things, I did & will do, after workout. Bath I take to clean the body, then have Good diet & have rest.

I found bath after exercise most important to thing, before diet & rest. After Workout bath help to clean body from sweat, increase appetite to have good diet & after having diet, take good rest.

Main thing I found to select which bath to take. As Diet help to recover body minerals & vitamins & rest to recover muscles.

In bath we have 2 options to Cold or Hot bath & that’s fight, to select one of them. That is start of body after exercise recovery.
